DC Brushless Motor
A core drive component boasting high efficiency, low noise and extended service life. It adopts closed-loop speed regulation to reliably support high-frequency pedestrian passage.
Clutch Mechanism
This mechatronic clutch allows manual swing arm pushing for emergency evacuation during power outages, and automatically re-engages the drive system once power is restored.
Hall Sensor
Reliably identifies tailgating, unauthorized reverse entry, forced intrusion, and equipment tampering incidents.
Infrared Sensors
Equipped with multi-point array layout, these sensors deliver all-around protection against clamping, tailgating, reverse entry and passback. They also verify passage status and work stably in both indoor and outdoor settings.
PLC Controller
The turnstile’s central control unit. It processes incoming signals, sends operational commands, and enables seamless linkage with external access control or time attendance systems.
Auto-Lock Reset
Automatically locks the swing arm during unauthorized access or abnormal operation, then resets after valid passage. It also triggers auto-locking if no pedestrian passes within 30 seconds of receiving a signal (time threshold adjustable).
Startup Self-Diagnosis
Initiates automatic inspection of key components when powered on. It displays fault codes for troubleshooting, and locks the passageway to prevent use if critical malfunctions are detected.
Clear Voice & LED Indicators Guidance
Offers multi-language voice prompts paired with LED indicators, guiding pedestrians to pass through the turnstile in an orderly and safe way.
