The customer owns a large-scale logistics warehouse in Chile. With frequent vehicle entry and exit every day, they urgently needed to install tyre killers at the gate to strengthen vehicle control. Their core demand was to prevent unauthorized vehicles from breaking in, ensuring the safety of the warehouse's goods and personnel.
First, it would seriously affect the service life of the motor. The motor is the core component of the tyre killer. When the width exceeds 6 meters, the motor needs to bear greater load during operation. This will accelerate the wear of internal parts, reduce the stability of the equipment, and even lead to frequent failures, increasing the customer's later maintenance costs.
Second, it would greatly increase transportation costs. A single 8-meter tyre killer is large in size and heavy in weight. It requires special transportation tools and more manpower to load and unload.
