Customized Acrylic Full Height Turnstile Project for a Polish Client

Several years ago, a Polish client approached us with a request for a custom full high gate turnstile. They sent us a reference image and asked us to develop a similar model based on it. After carefully analyzing the image, our design team identified a critical issue: the turnstile's structure was insufficiently stable for standalone installation.

Considering the client's installation site and the need for robustness during operation, we made targeted modifications to the appearance, dimensions, and structure. We thickened and reinforced the stainless steel columns, rotating shafts, and guardrails of the frame, while also widening and thickening all acrylic components to enhance overall stability and prevent wobbling.

Additionally, the client required access control card functionality, and the original access turnstile design lacked indicator lights. To satisfy these needs, our designers added a dedicated box in the middle of the main guardrail to house the LED indicator lights and access control card reader. This design not only guides pedestrians effectively but also protects the access control devices from exposure, eliminating potential safety hazards.

Through multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication and revisions, we finalized the design, which received full approval from the client. We first confirmed the dimensions of the full high turnstile based on the client's installation site and drew a product dimension drawing. Then, we created a 3D product model according to the revised design after communication, followed by rendering stainless steel renderings and final effect drawings for the client's confirmation. Only after receiving their confirmation did we proceed with production strictly in accordance with the drawings. Impressed by our professionalism and solution quality, the client placed a large bulk order directly without requesting a sample—a testament to their trust in our products.
